Once upon a time, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck decided it would be a good idea to spend $60 million on a giant mansion in Beverly Hills. And then they got divorced a year later, leaving the palatial house empty while Ben chills in a “bachelor pad” and J.Lo tries to find a new place.
Soooo, why doesn’t J.Lo just live in her and Ben’s former home? According to a People source, the Atlas star simply isn’t comfortable there. As they put it, “She and Ben bought the house for the whole family. It’s way too big for her and filled with too many memories as well.”
Meanwhile, Jenny From the Block continues to be less than thrilled with her ex amid their divorce, with the insider saying, “It’s really hit her hard. She’s very upset and disappointed with Ben.”

This comes amid another source giving some very side-eye-inducing intel on the split, saying J.Lo spent “a lot of time making sure Ben was happy and had everything he needed” and that “the way she cared for him was almost childlike. Friends constantly reminded her that she’s not responsible for his feelings. He’s very moody and dark at times. Jennifer appreciates life in another way. She’s very grateful for everything.”

And yet ANOTHER insider (truly people cannot stop weighing in) said that Ben “doesn’t have good coping skills. He gets easily frustrated and tends to be moody. When he’s relaxed and in a good mood, it’s amazing to be around him. But more often, he’s upset or frustrated. Many times, it’s just something small that he gets stuck on. He really doesn’t understand how his bad mood affects people around him. It’s just not fun being around that kind of negativity.”
